Special Lecture on “Customer Care (සේවාලාභී සත්කාරය)” to mark the commemoration of the second year anniversary of the President’s Inauguration in office

To mark the commemoration of the second year anniversary of the President’s Inauguration in office and as per the objective of the present government to promote citizen centric public service in Sri Lanka, the National Human Resources Development Council of Sri Lanka on behalf of Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs was organized a special lecture on the topic of “Customer Care (සේවාලාභී සත්කාරය) by Customer Care Training Specialist Mr. Dhammika Kalapuge.

The Lecture was conducted at the Auditorium, Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management (SLITHM) on the 10th of January 2017 from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. Hon. John Amaratunga, Minister of Tourism and Christian Religious Affairs was addressed the gathering as the chief guest of the event by blessing NHRDC for the effort taken to empower officials in the public sector by conducting valuable lecture series.

About 200 number of junior managers and front level officers were participated for that programme and according to their feedback the lecture was highly appreciated as it is very applicable and fruitful one.
